As of January 12, 2016, only the "most current version of IE available for a supported operating system will receive technical support and security updates", and according to the IE Lifecycle support page, IE10 will be the most current version only on pre-RC2 Windows Server 2012, and Windows Embedded 8 Standard.

You might toooootally have to support zombie IE10.
